In the second week of November, we visited schools where visually impaired students are enrolled. And once again, Peter Sulyok, Balázs Almádi held the awareness-raising sessions. But we are also grateful to Jenifer Kovács and Cintia Kovács, the ladies with visual impairment from Hungary, for their participation in the sessions, making them more effective and colourful.
On the first day, we visited the József Attila Primary School in Varság and the Kriza János Primary School in Kapolnás with Péter Sulyok, Almádi Balázs, Cintia Kovács and Jenifer Kovács. The next day we visited the Apor Péter Vocational School in Kézdivásárhely and the Nagy Mózes Primary School in Esztelnek. Special thanks go to the small school children of Varság for their kind attention, they welcomed us with a nice and meaningful drawing exhibition. The drawings were made for the International White Cane Day.
Then we visited the Vitos Mózes Primary School in Csíkszentkirály and the Erdőaljai Primary School in Csiba. They welcomed us with great love!
After that, we were guests of the Elek Sövér Vocational School in Gyergyóalfalu, and then of the Napsugár Special Elementary School in Gyergyószentmiklós.
We are grateful to the leader of the Hungarian Reformed Blind Mission, Gizella Ferencz, Peter, Balázs, Cintia and Jenifer, for making these unforgettable occasions possible!
